Long Load Fete - Sunday 28 June
The weather was hot and sunny for this year’s fete at Long Load and we were grateful for a few light spots of rain to cool us down for a minute or two. Jordan Langford, aged just 13, accompanied us on percussion for the second time in public and did an excellent job. The audience appreciated the band’s performance, which ended in a rousing rendition of ‘Hootenanny’ with everyone clapping in time to the music.
